We also cater to NDIS recipients and their specialised requirements by providing a Mobile Home Visit service. There is an additional one hour’s callout flat fee associated with this service.

These patients are often not capable of self-administering their Diabetes Injections, or are bound to a wheelchair, requiring special wheelchair transportation, and therefore getting to a medical centre to see their doctor for this service would be a stressful undertaking.

This would also apply to other wheelchair homebound or Aged Care patients that are not NDIS recipients.
